Grain Store is an innovative and sustainable restaurant and bar by celebrated chef Bruno Loubet and The Zetter Group. The restaurant is located on Granary Square at the heart of London's most exciting new canal-side quarter, King's Cross.

The Food

There are no geographical boundaries to the influences that have inspired our eclectic menu; they are a culmination of Bruno Loubet's extensive travels and the years he has dedicated to his beloved vegetable patch. Although many dishes have a meat or fish element, vegetables are given equal billing, if not the starring role. Fermented, sprouting, pickled and smoked ingredients feature alongside the fresh and the seasonal. Flavour above all else is king.

The Bar

The bar is a destination in its own right. Bruno Loubet collaborates with the bar team on elements of their respective menus, matching savoury cocktails with specific dishes. The drinks menu is extremely original with cocktails that take influence from the Greco-Roman approach to wine, vegetal twists on classics as well as a selection of original non-alcoholic cocktails and specially-designed brunch cocktails, shakes and potent slushies.

The Space

The interiors, created by the acclaimed designer Russell Sage, are designed around the idea of the exploded kitchen. The restaurant is a flexible space that blurs the lines between kitchen and dining room, with elements of the cooking process spilling over to the table. The 80-seat terrace on Granary Square is equally eclectic and especially popular for al fresco dining and drinking in the Summer.
